The Law Offices of Joseph P. Costa was founded in 1994 to fill a perceived gap in the legal profession. The office philosophy is to bring the training, service and qualifications of a large firm to both individual and institutional clients, without the attendant fees of those larger firms. The office's area of expertise includes entertainment and intellectual property litgation as well as most areas of general business litigation. The firm also performs some entertainment related transactional work. The firm has flexibility in its billing practices and depending on the circumstances, is willing to represent clients on both an hourly and contingency fee basis.
